Product Introduction
This aluminum foil high silica fabric is manufactured by bonding aluminum foil to high silica fabric using a flame-retardant adhesive. The composite material withstands high temperatures up to 1000°C. The aluminum foil surface reflects more than 90% of radiant heat, providing thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. The material is primarily used for protection in high-temperature welding environments and as a heat and electrical insulator in emergency rescue scenarios. It is suitable for manufacturing fireproof curtains, fireproof doors, fireproof mats, fire blankets, and other fire safety equipment. Standard thicknesses are 0.8mm and 1.3mm. Custom specifications are available.

Application Scenarios
This aluminum foil high silica fabric is suitable for high-temperature welding environments where it serves as spatter protection and heat shielding. Emergency rescue applications include thermal blankets that protect personnel from radiant heat and provide electrical insulation when working near live electrical equipment. Fireproof curtains for theaters, auditoriums, and industrial facilities utilize the material's high-temperature resistance and flame retardancy. Fireproof doors incorporate the fabric as core insulation or edge sealing material. Fireproof mats protect surfaces from hot work operations such as welding and cutting. Fire blankets for personnel protection are manufactured from this material for emergency escape and fire suppression. The aluminum foil outer layer reflects radiant heat while the high silica substrate provides thermal barrier properties, making the material suitable for multiple fire safety equipment applications.
