This aluminum foil basalt fabric is manufactured by bonding aluminum foil to basalt fiber cloth using a specialized adhesive. The composite forms a dense film with a smooth, uniform aluminum foil surface. The material exhibits high light reflectivity, high tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions, impermeability to air and water, and effective sealing performance. This product is widely used for pipeline insulation materials in cold and heating equipment, as well as building muffling and sound insulation materials, providing flame retardant, anticorrosion, thermal insulation, and acoustic functions. Conventional thicknesses are 0.4mm, 0.5mm, and 0.6mm. Other specifications can be customized.
