The buckle-type flame-retardant casing is made of fire-retardant casing, flame-retardant velcro, and high-temperature thread sewing.
The performance of buckle-typee flame-retardant casing is the same as that of the fire-retardant casing, which solves the problem of high-temperature protection of the pipeline on the equipment, and the high-temperature protection after the installation of the pipeline assembly, and the flexible and simple structure facilitates the installation of the pipeline in various circumstances, to achieve the effective high-temperature protection.

Product Introduction
This fire sleeve with Velcro closure is manufactured from standard-grade fire-retardant sleeving material with flame-retardant Velcro tape sewn along the longitudinal edge using high-temperature sewing thread. The wrap-around design allows the sleeve to be installed around existing hoses, cables, and pipes without disconnecting the ends. The hook-and-loop closure system enables tool-free installation and removal. The sleeve provides thermal protection against high temperatures, molten metal splashes, and open flames. The closure design maintains sealing performance along the seam, reducing flame and smoke penetration through the opening. The sleeve is suitable for retrofit applications where conventional tubular fire sleeves cannot be installed without component disassembly.

Application Scenarios
This fire sleeve with Velcro closure is suitable for applications where conventional tubular sleeves cannot be installed due to component configuration. Applications include retrofitting fire protection onto existing hydraulic hoses in steel mills and foundries without disconnecting fittings, protecting electrical cable bundles in industrial machinery where connectors are larger than the cable diameter, and marine engine compartments where hoses are routed through tight spaces. The removable design also suits temporary fire protection for seasonal equipment and applications requiring regular inspection access, where the sleeve can be opened and reclosed without cutting or removing the sleeve.
